'The Point' 'The Point' parcel is approximately 1.7 ± acres to the high tide line with approximately 1.03 ± acres to the top of the bluff. This parcel sits atop a minor Basalt Headland with approximately 260 ± feet of ocean frontage, spruce trees and fantastic ocean views. To the south, the Heceta Head Lighthouse beacon shines out past Devil's Elbow at night.
