We are not Realtors, Developers or Contractors. We purchased three adjacent parcels on the Central Oregon Coast in 1990, one which included a 1939 home we call Rosebud. In 2000, we started the permit process for our two undeveloped ocean front parcels. Our life goals have changed over the years and we are now considering other opportunities. Rosebud is very private; as are these two beautiful parcels. The layout of these adjacent properties were designed to preserve their natural beauty, the unique qualities of the coast while allowing privacy and easy beach access.
