PREMIER YACHATS OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY
Welcome to YachatsOregon.com a website to market two of the most beautiful Ocean Front Properties on the Oregon Coast! These exceptional properties are in the most scenic portion of the Oregon Coast. We are not alone in our thinking; on the cover of Steven Astillero's edition of 'OREGON COAST PICTURE PERFECT PLACES' are these beautiful one of a kind properties nestled in the headlands overlooking the Pacific. These two Premier Ocean Front Acreage Parcels are located approximately 8.0 miles south of Yachats and 4.5 miles north of the Heceta Head Lighthouse.
Each parcel is over an acre in size, each with County, State and Federal approvals including Lane County Special Use Permits; ready to build. Among the many special features of these properties are the waterfall at Nancy Creek, the Heceta Lighthouse Beam at night and spectacular mountain and ocean views. These types of properties are extremely hard to come by; most have been absorbed by State and Federal Parks. There are but a few privately owned parcels in this area with our beautiful blue Pacific Ocean to the west and the emerald green mountains of the Siuslaw National Forest to the east. To the south there are but 4 ocean front homes within a distance of approximately 10 miles. Similarly to the north there are only 30-40 ocean front homes (which include B&B's, etc.) within an 8-mile distance. Neighboring attractions, parks and wilderness areas include: Sea Lion Caves (the world's largest sea cave), Heceta Head Lighthouse State Park (the most photographed lighthouse on the West Coast), Carl G. Washburn State Park and Cape Perpetua National Scenic Area and Visitor Center. We are located between the Tokatee Klootchman (Beautiful Woman) State Natural Site an Oregon State Park to the north and the USFS Ocean Beach Area, a park established within the Siuslaw National Forest featuring fabulous picnic grounds and a nice pathway to the beach to the south. We also have the 9300-acre Cummings Creek Wilderness Area and the 7400-acre Rock Creek Wilderness Area; as well as the Ten Mile and Pine Tree Bird Sanctuaries. These areas are designated to protect nesting, migrating and breeding of the Marbled Murrelet. Our area is unmatched anywhere along the Oregon Coast with numerous implied protections inherent from established State and Federal Parks; as well as large blocks of acreage set aside for wilderness protection. This is a very special place! Please select the Properties button to view parcel details. | ||
